PROJECT PHASES
- Send us photos of your plot and a full view of the tree with a person standing next to it, and measure the tree’s circumference
- We conduct a site visit to assess building possibilities
- A certified arborist (dendrologist) will then evaluate the condition of the tree
- We prepare a floor plan, perspective drawings, and a cost estimate
- The administrative process follows, depending on the local building authoritys requirements
- We sign a construction contract
- We bring your unique Tree House to life – construction time is 4–6 weeks depending on the size and complexity
AFTER CONSTRUCTION
- Trees should be regularly inspected according to the arborist’s recommendations in the tree report
- We also recommend an annual Tree House inspection
Tree House Price
TREE HOUSE prices are individual, as each treehouse is a unique creation shaped by the client’s wishes, the condition of the tree, and the site’s specific conditions. After you send us your basic requirements – number of people, type of construction (with/without insulation), and location – we will provide you with an estimated price.
